I've given this currency exchange more than one chance, and I'm officially done. This is the second time I've wasted my time coming here only to be told they couldn't provide a service they advertise. Why have a notary on staff if they can't actually notarize documents? Guadalupe hit my line
I have usually had a positive experience at this location. However, there is one employee that works here who is exceptionally rude ans lacks customer service skills. Younger female with excessively long nails with all types of unprofessional designs for work on them. She failed to greet me, failed to explain the documents that she was handing me and had a nasty attitude. This is not the first time there has been a complaint with this same employee.
