I came in pretty upset because I couldn’t access my account online. I told the young lady who greeted me that I wasn’t happy with all the changes. With a smile, she replied, “Let’s see what I can help you with.” I explained that I don’t do online banking on my phone, and she patiently walked me through everything using their iPad.
