This is for Credit 1 taking over ICCU. ICCU was such an amazing bank, and it's sad to see a bigger bank come in and ruin everything that was good about ICCU. Credit 1 said they offer private party sales and would not help me get a loan for a private party sale because I found the vehicle I wanted through Facebook. They kept telling me that they do not offer sales through Facebook when the sale isn't through Facebook! It's just a private party sale! I have been with iccu for as long as I can remember. As a 75yr old man I'm not much for change I was reluctant to stay with iccu after the merger but having the relationship I have with the branch members like Kim and Ana I didn't want to go. They make banking and understanding the merger easier for an old man like me . I love my bank and the staff
It was bad before, but now with Credit union 1 is horrible, worse than ever.
Wouldn’t refund junk fees for inactive account. Paid 20 dollars of junk fees. They did waive the 5 dollar closure fee! Yes there’s a closure fee. Junk fees to the max, shop elsewhere. While I was waiting I could see in the managers office a picture of their boat, it’s name was “Junk Fees”
