Excellent staff, great very helpful receptionists, great PT assistants, and wonderful Physical Therapists in a great and well equipped facility
I can't say enough good things about the staff at this facility. Every time I called and made appointments or had changes Natalia and Amanda were extremely friendly and helpful. They are the gold standard for customer service.
There knowledgeable and professional at their job, they take you on time and they work with you on schedules.
My assigned therapist took great care in accessing my pain level, level of movement, and altering excercises as needed to ensure I was not stagnating in my improvement. There is a variety of equipment and accessories to change my routine as needed. My therapist was genuinely concerned with getting me mobile in the 4 weeks he was assigned me.
