I can’t complain about the service or doctor, however I was sent an invoice for 795$ Apparently they charge your card on file the full amount if you’re payment isn’t made in 10 days. I was never made aware of this, and I was very shocked to find my account negative in the morning. I’ve been going to the doctor my whole Life and I’ve never had a billing department do this to me. If you’re looking for the best Orthopedic Physicians that are professional, qualified and caring, I highly recommend Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, New Lenox. Had issues from a previous broken foot,met Dr. Daniel Dean who was professional, detailed oriented, caring and listened attentively, helping me make wise decisions in my care. All my physicians in Silver Cross hospital, have been marvelous. Shoulder, two hips, and a bad foot have been taken care of perfectly. No complaints !
