Have had nothing but good experiences with Omar, Kurt, and the entire staff.
Overcharged me hundreds of dollars beyond what insurance would cover while telling me I was covered. Conveniently waited several months before charging. Stay away at all costs.
Yesterday was my first physical therapy session. I was greeted in a friendly manner and given a couple of papers to complete. Then I was taken on time by Omar Gomez who was friendly, polite and informative . He asked questions about my surgery and what in-home therapy I’ve received. He then explained what my therapy would involve to reach my full recovery. We did some exercises and asked how I was feeling afterwards. I felt he cared about my well being and was enthusiastic about my full recovery. Thank you.
I had a serious break in my lower right leg. When it came time for PT, I chose this facility. Omar Gomez was the therapist who handled my situation. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He was outstanding.
