Not good insurance. Would not recommend.
Horrible insurance, if at all possible I would ask EVERYONE not to choose this company. I made a huge mistake since they changed their brand in Illinois (ambetter) my mom will be paying so much more money and so far her previous PCP will probably not accept this insurance, it's a real nightmare. I feel bad for my mom, I guess I'll try my best to pay out of pocket if at all possible. Everyone should stay away from this, it's unbelievable the kind of healthcare system this so-called advanced country has.
I,m truly troubled that Illinicare and The University of Chicago won,t come to a agreement. I have to be forced to Strogers which is far and I, m a heart patient. Can't wait to change my medicaid coverage.
