Had these guys for years! When Sherman had the tornado come through and I had to run my home (and neighbors) off of my Generac, my level was getting low. Not only did they answer the phone on a Sunday, but were at my house as soon as the sun came up Monday to refill my tank. Highly recommend this small business!!!!
I woke up, & my house was freezing! I called several propane companies. Nobody could get to me for 5-7 days, and they had additional fees for an emergency delivery. ($300 emergency fee!) I tried one more place, Illini Propane in Ashland. I was so relieved when a real person answered the phone! (a first for me this day) Not only were they incredibly kind and friendly, but they got someone out here to me, within hours, at no additional cost!
