I woke up, & my house was freezing! I called several propane companies. Nobody could get to me for 5-7 days, and they had additional fees for an emergency delivery. ($300 emergency fee!) I tried one more place, Illini Propane in Ashland. I was so relieved when a real person answered the phone! (a first for me this day) Not only were they incredibly kind and friendly, but they got someone out here to me, within hours, at no additional cost! Out of propane for 6 days waiting on Ferrell Gas to deliver. Days of unanswered calls and messages as well as empty promises, I called Illini on the advice of a friend. I talked to someone on the second ring!! Very nice people with a clear cut "take care of the customer" philosophy. They brought me a new tank the same day with enough propane to get us back in business. Amazing customer service and the best price!
Ran out of propane I own my own tank not happy at all with old company after it was bought out. I called Illini Propane and was suprised to talk to a real person . She set me up with a new account. I was surprised and happy they delivered my propane the same day. They checked my tank found 3 small leaks fixed them and filled the tank at summer fill price.
