They suck you do not do up keep they have animals under there trailers. They die and use the rest room and they get an awful smell.They over charge on the rent, cut there grass half way.They don t even put skirting on some of there trailers plus don t have smoke detectors in there trailers. They are very nasty nasty people. They double dip on there renters. When you ask to get something fixed the maintains man is slower than a snail. Beware of them! I have friends who are renting from them they will screw u over.
