We are very unhappy with Illini Landscape, they didnt finish our job either... They did a deck for us and it is loose and there are several spindles that are bowed and uneven. The staircase is shaky and unstable. We had led lighting installed on the steps and the electrical cable was never buried. The little things that would have made this project a good experience were not done. There are metal caps on the posts of the deck that were never glued or secured down. We will probably not hire this company again. They put in our new patio, which looks nice enough. Except they didn't finish the job. They have completely blown us off with finishing it up. They left us with several areas in the patio that didn't have any sand put in between the pavers. They promised to come back in 30 days to finish those, as well as refill any other areas that had settled in during that time. Well, 30 days has long come and gone.
