Always a good experience
The small service charge was well worth the exceptional service: functionality of my left hearing aid and bluetooth capability restored and OS updated. Additionally, I learned that I was eligible for new and more effective hearing aids.
Quality service and superior customer experience.
Andy Bierbaum was very thorough in helping me adjust the sound of my hearing aids, especially re: my concern about hearing during my piano practice. He also assisted with hooking me up to Bluetooth on my phone do I can refine adjusting to various listening circumstances in including concert attendance.
