My experience with Illini Hearing is that they have a people focus. Ashley and Andy are more than willing to go out of their way to personalize to your individual needs. Technology is great, but to me the difference maker is knowing your customer.
We’re very happy with our experience at Illini Hearing. This is what good care looks like! Andy tested my 88-year old, very hard-of-hearing, mother and discussed the results with us.
