I wanted to wait to post my review to test out the system that Lorenzo's team put in place to ensure it works, after the many floods I had experienced in my basement I was worried nothing would be able to solve the problem. Lorenzo and his guys were all professional and respectful of my property. They were willing and able to work with an existing basement drainage system to address a new area of water penetration. Communication was good, from scheduling the initial visit, to explaining the process for the repair, to coordinating for the actual work to be done. Job site was clean before they left.

Excellent work! We had a frightening leak in our basement after some heavy rains. Lorenzo came out and explained what should be done and gave a very reasonable quote. The team that did the work was great—these folks worked hard! They dug down 5 or 6 feet along the wall of our house, then cleaned and coated the wall with waterproofing material. We contacted Lorenzo at Illini Construction & Waterproofing for a drain tile system. The system has worked as designed. All concerns and followup after the sale and job were addressed. Very pleased with the investment
