I had an amazing experience with Damien Brown, owner of Illini Auto Solutions. I had reserved a U-Haul car trailer and he met me at the store on a holiday weekend, last-minute without appointment, to help me out. Damien is trustworthy, honest, gave me good advice, and didn’t charge me a dime. I will certainly keep Damien in mind if I need to buy a new (to me) car in the future!
Excellent customer service. Rented a U-Haul truck and Damien went above and beyond with customer service and really cared about our move and convenience of everything.
Damien went out of his way to help us out when other uhaul dealerships ran out of trailers. I would highly recommend.
Damien was so easy to work with. He truly cares about the people he is helping. He went ABOVE and BEYOND for me during a very stressful move. He was kind, caring, compassionate and really looks for the good in others. He believes in paying it forward. Thanks Damien for everything. You truly are great man! If you are looking for a Uhaul, please go see Daimen at Illini Auto Solutions in Washington!!!
