Neal tire is exceptional with timely service! I had ran over a nail and came as a walk-in with no appointment and they got me right in in no time! Later that same week I hit a pothole and could not get in anywhere else, but Neal‘s got me in that same day and fixed the issue right away so I can get back to work. They have great customer service and I appreciate them responding and being available on short notice!

Had a window master switch go out and two power steering pump lines. They got me in fast, even earlier then expected. Got me repaired and back on the road in record time. Thank you guys your amazing.
Went in with one dead tpms ( tire pressure monitoring system) changed 2 tires but came back with 4 dead tpms! Coincidence? I think not! Guy said he recalibrated.. what happened?
