Can’t say enough about the quality of service we received on two of our vehicles. We were looking for a business we could trust and could have confidence in. We believe we found it. We described our issues and concerns and they provided thorough service until everything was resolved efficiently and timely. The staff is amazing. Every person we dealt with went above and beyond in providing excellent service. We highly recommend Neal Tire in Paris, IL.

This place is awesome. They didn't have the tires we needed and we needed them bad. They call around and found some and went to pick them up. Also great prices. This is now our tire shop for all our vehicles.
By far the best tire shop in town. I bought four tires from here and got the neal nine package. I got a flat tire in Kentucky. And I needed to get a replacement while I was there, so got one in Kentucky. And when I came back to Paris, they still took off that new tire I bought and put on a new one so I had all the same 4 tires. I also kept the new one that I bought in Kentucky for the future. They only charged me for mounting and balancing
