I have been working with Christian for about 6 months via online coaching. My experience has been absolutely amazing. All my lifts feel stronger than ever! He is quick to respond to any questions. I am able to send videos of my lifts to him and I always get coached up on what I did/what I need to do better. I love the programming and feel like it is second to none. This is my first time working with a strength coach of any kind and I am glad I went with Christian. If you are on the fence I HIGHLY recommend Christian.
I luv Scott and Bull they were very welcoming I wuz a lil nervous at first but they welcomed me wit open arms and helped me lift correctly... I appreciate u guys 🫶 I will b returning soon🤌 thank u🤗
