A year ago my son had a root canal at this office. Our consultation took place in the Dyer office. The benefits were explained at this time. We were informed our insurance would cover the procedure. We were advised to perform the procedure in the Chicago hts office because we lived closer to this location. The Chicago Hts office is not in network so our procedure was out of pocket and not covered by insurance.
