kristie and her team came to my rescue last year and put in a new pump, heater, liner and cover for a 66 year old in-ground pool. since then they have opened the pool for this season. they are the most professional and polite people. we are lucky to have them.10 stars.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The prices the quality and variety of items. Not just pool stuff it's also lawn furniture and games and knickknacks.
Bought a pool from illiana Backyard Fun, and Kristie, that they installed, 3 years ago. Have an issue with the return house, and they won't stand behind it, despite an imaginary 15 year warranty. Don't do business with this horrible company!
