Great business. They treat the customer fairly and do not take advantage of you. Embarrassed to admit that I was trying to charge my laptop with the wrong cord. They respectfully pointed that out and did not charge me an diagnostic fee. Thank you guys!
I've had nothing but great experiences at this store. They replaced a phone screen on an old phone of mine that worked great for years after. Most recently, I called and ordered a part for my phone. When I got there to drop off the device, the tech realized he was able to fix the issue rather quickly without needing the part I ordered. He fully refunded my deposit and did not charge me for the 2 minute fix. I was so grateful and impressed with the customer service. Hard to find good honest service these days. However, this place provides it! They were very courteous, and had the expertise to fix my phone. It was just the battery in the end, but I was very happy they were able to fix my dead phone and for the help they provided to me!
