Had a great experience with the service team here at Illawarra Toyota. Huge thanks to Keelan for going above and beyond to help with a complex repair situation. Excellent car service and show room / yard. Huge variety and selection of vehicles for sale.
Don’t ever trust them with your vehicle! They are liars and rip people off. It’s a joke, they pretend doing what you asked for… my suggestion for them; Hire competent people or take less cars per day if you can’t do the work to the satisfaction of the Toyota brand! Really quite frustrated and wasted $1600.
Unpleasant experience. Was hesitant to come here based on the reviews and after today we know that we won’t be back. Disappointing, especially when you pay 1600 for a 200,000km service from what’s supposed to be a reputable dealership service center…one would expect fluids not only checked but topped off or filled, clean and clear oil, and things to be done properly. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at your Wollongong Toyota Service Centre this morning. Upon arriving at the service centre, I was greeted by the manager, Mick, and another female staff member. They came outside and, without any greeting or explanation, rudely instructed me to "turn your car around" and "you can’t come in that way."
