Easily the worst customer service I've ever received. I came to collect my hilux after a service at 7.30 opening time thinking it would be a get in get out situation and was told that someone else would serve me, waited patiently for literally an hour before I had to tell one of the two women outside that were standing around that Im waiting to just get the keys for my car to get to work. Toyota Australia needs to take notice to Albion Park Toyota. Shocking how the sales team chase you when you order a car. Servicing a car with them theres no one to answer your calls, over 3 hours. Leaves you stranded in the evening with out your car. Oh What a circus!!! Oh What a disappointment!!! Oh Illawarra Toyota!!! Looks like I have to get Toyota Australia again.
