After I paid for vehicle there was no contact about delivery. They kept sending me emails about other products they wanted to sell me but no response to my enquires about delivery. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUISNESS
Such poor customer service and lack of any understanding. We had the very unfortunate experience of our fuel filter failing on the way to our family holiday. Service book recommends taking to a service centre- so thats what we did! Unfortunately despite explaining our predictament we were told they couldnt fit us in in for 2 weeks. It's not like we were in our own area and could just take it home and wait. No help and no understanding. Thankfully you arent our local service centre and we won't be back. Got 2 cars from here in 2020 (86 & CHR) , the experience was good while purchasing and no issues. But 2025 with a bang - 1) The last servicing of 86 was done in 2023 and the next service was not updated on the sticker nor it was registered in the car for it to alert us when the servicing is required. It's also on me as we also did not track it - but what surprises me is that when i gave the car for servicing, it was downplayed.
