Very friendly staff not pushy like some dealers
I always get my Subaru Outback serviced at Illawarra Toyota Albion Park. ( 5 yrs) I can’t fault their service or customer relations. Always contacts you promptly should you car need extra repairs with cost and approval to go ahead. Karen was my staff support today when I had my 200,000 log book service . One of the worst customers service that I received.I purchased my new Rav4 in February this year with paint protection. However, due to minor accident, left panel has been repainted and one panel has been changed by my insurance and asking me to provide quota for the ceramic coating as I am not in fault.
