Staff and atmosphere at this practice are great. Dr Balu is thorough and made my mother feel very supported, she went in nervous but came out enlightened and said she was finally heard by someone. Dr Balu is patient and caring. He has helped our family a lot.
My daughter sees Dr Roli and she is always very helpful, she has changed my daughter’s life!. I have been going there for the last 12 months after a 10 month wait but it was well worth it! Now I get in every 3 months with out problems and get a video consult if anything needs to be discussed sooner. The staff are always kind and offer my daughter stickers or snacks, they go above and beyond and are doing an amazing job to work for such a busy practice. I wouldnt waste your time. If booking an appointment was too difficult for them im not sure how the rest of their practice operates. Attempted to book an appointment with a paediatrician but as a courtesy called as i knew there would be wait times. Rang in August /Sept 2024, was told earliest would be March 2025 so sent a referral mid Sept 2024. I did a follow up call and was told rudely we will contact you. So professional. A great range of specialists all under the one roof. They are so thorough and go above and beyond to get to the bottom of your health issues. I highly recommend trying this healthcare clinic.
We have been going to Dr Vatss for a year with my sons Autism and ADHD, the staff were very nice and not judging when he had a meltdown
