I have only positive things to say about Illawarra Outdoor Supplies. I have had a great customer service experience from start to finish. Phil was responsive, timely, helpful in explaining options and explaining everything from start to finish. Best of all is the attention to detail, Phil made sure the fence and gates looked balanced and were well made. The fence and gates were installed quickly and earlier than expected and when Phil says he will be there, he will be there. I can't rate them highly enough and recommend them... read more

Amazing service
The finished product is good work. However, my experience with this company was terrible. I paid my deposit in October for a job to be finished by Christmas 2018 and it was not complete until mid April 2019. I called the company weekly and they NEVER called back or called me to tell me there would be delays or give reasons why they didn’t turn up when they said they would. The day after the job was finally complete they called me twice chasing payment! Unfortunately I do not recommend this company.
What a waste of time this place was. Says it's open on Saturday till 11am yet nobody is there. Looking from the outside into the 'showroom' (for lack of a better word'), you can see this place is dodgy as. Stay away!
