I have just had a scan The receptionist Angela was so caring and professional The radiographer (can’t remember her name )was the same It’s wonderful to experience this when often the opposite is the norm I’m very grateful Mary
My Doctor sent me here for a bone scan. The lady at the reception desk was very friendly. Then another lady who was doing the scan called me in to the room. Now this lady was so friendly, she has been with them for 30 years. What a massive achievement for her... unfortunately I did not get her name. But she is a asset for your business
everybody nice and friendly, good and clear communication for all information I need, very helpful with try to get the appointment time that suit me and very quick send the result to the doctor (scan done today, I go to see my doctor next day). easy parking and free.
After having spent 4 hours here for scans I cannot speak highly enough of everyone I had contact with. The receptionist, staff and doctor were all friendly, reassuring and professional.
