These guys are great, had a problem with my chainsaw, they fixed it on the stop. Very friendly & courteous. Would definitely recommend these guys
If I could leave 6 stars I would. Tyson and the boy's customer service was exceptional. Helped me out with my new chain saw, even though I didn't purchase it from them. Highly recommend and I will 100% be back.
I rang Illawarra Mowers with what I thought was an unusual inquiry. However, I spoke to Jim who was super helpful and when I came into the shop, Ethan provided great customer service.
Had my mower serviced with Illawarra mowers. Great service. We spoke about the problem and discussed the options. They did exactly what they quoted me for and no hidden costs like other places. the mower is like brand new again. I didn’t think It was possible to get an old mower back to running like brand new one. They have my business from now on.
My mower was fixed and was done fast. Fantastic customer service.
