Just like to say you guys are awesome. Jim and the team were amazing during the process of buying a new lawn mower. Best price by a long way and the best customer service I have ever experienced. If you’re in the market for anything petrol or electric powered from push mowers to huge Zero turns and everything in between these guys have you covered. Can’t speak highly enough of your team Jim. Illawarra Mowers are the absolute best in the Illawarra for outdoor power equipment, from sales, spare parts, servicing and advice. If you have any questions or need advice they will take the time to give you the correct answer or advice. Is always a pleasure to walk into their store, they are always happy to help and go above and beyond for anything you need or want. Wouldn't go anywhere else, they are the number one.
Above-and-beyond service, knowledge, helpfulness, professionalism, and product knowledge are what I have experienced with every visit. I highly recommend them.
If I could leave 6 stars I would. Tyson and the boy's customer service was exceptional. Helped me out with my new chain saw, even though I didn't purchase it from them. Highly recommend and I will 100% be back.
These guys are great, had a problem with my chainsaw, they fixed it on the stop. Very friendly & courteous. Would definitely recommend these guys
