We recently had our Toyota Rav4 serviced by Illawarra Mobile Mechanics as there was a very concerning knocking and cracking sound when starting the car. Nick Merten (mechanic) made the whole process smooth and accurately diagnosed the problem and replaced both the water pump and alternator. Now the car runs very smooth and no more worrying noises!
