UPDATE June 2025 : Engaged Carter Ferguson Lawyers(*****) for the below issue with a very favourable outcome. This could have been handled business to business due to a blatant A/C Law breach. However they took the gamble and it didn't pay off for them. Have recently purchased a couple of trucks off these guys, they are very well knowledged and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, I have been purchasing trucks for over 25 years and these guys are by far second to none, no pushy sales whatsoever, these guys have the right focus in mind, quality not quantity, I live in Sydney but find the sales teams in Sydney are just trying to upsell you everything even if you have told them its over your budget, thumbs up to Illawarra Hino, thanks from the team at CT Excava... read more
Its the worst experience i have ever had trying to buy a truck from this dealership. Beware once agree for the deal they will never answer on your phone i had a deal with a sales man his name kurt who has very bad communication bad attitude and lie to me made me wait of 1 week for sale agreements and he turned to be selling the truck to someone else he was playing on both sides The guy there show no respect at all .
