I no longer use this practice due to the unprofessional attitude of a young receptionist, after being discharged from hospital and needed urgent specialist attention
A big shout out for the excellent customer service provided to me today by Vicki. She has set my mind at ease with the updating of records and providing important documentation all whilst I was on the phone. Thank you so much Vicki!
Reception staff, Practice Manager and Sonographers were excellent. However when I saw Dr Young Yu he was rude, dismissive and disinterested in my health concerns. In response to my complaint, the Principal Dr Divina Brilliante was unpleasant and dismissive of my health needs.
