I had a great experience at the Wollongong clinic. Natasha, the receptionist, is lovely and incredibly reassuring. Natasha is a real asset to this business, so quick to respond to my emails and calls. Dr Brillante has been equally helpful and prompt. Overall a very positive experience.
I no longer use this practice due to the unprofessional attitude of a young receptionist, after being discharged from hospital and needed urgent specialist attention
