Ordered a dear friend a Christmas centerpiece. When the flowers arrived I was disappointed as it wasn't anywhere as nice as the Internet photo. After several attempts to contact the florist over 2 days, she did return my call. Stating she had run out of stock, but no call to see if I would like to change the order. The florist asked what I would like her to do. Well it's your business that's your decision to make. It was not a cheap arrangrment and from this experience I would not recommend this store.

Absolutely amazing service and the Ferraro bouquet is beautiful
First time ordering flowers and will definitely be back. Great service with an arrangement exceeding expectation.
