Friendly, caring staff
Would give minus points if option available. Extremely rude receptionist who does not listen. Attempted to follow up on Drs referral and make an important. She wouldn't listen to me and referred to the person I was attempting to make appointment for by a completely different name. After providing correct details again and explaining reason visit required, she then referred to a totally different reason and tried to put me through to the wrong section to make an appointment.
