Wollongong mental health should be either have the health commission to do a thorough inquiry on how they practice because when you go in there basically they say they don’t have enough facility to help anyone No wonder people self medicate down here And there has been a lot of incidents that people just go and jump and get hit by trains because of the lack of help And I find Wollongong Hospital is one of the worst in New South Wales

I cannot thank these people enough They have always been there straight away when things have gone hectic with my son even when they haven't been contacted for help they have always checked in on us They have been my guardian angels They are empathetic, caring and so professional

BROKE CONFIDENTIALITY, BREACHED MY PRIVATE & PERSONAL INFORMATION TO MY DAUGHTER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AFTER ME TELLING THEM NOT TO‼️ I sought their help & got many helpful referrals for some support & social groups - there was no need for them to tell her my specific personal issue. I already told them I’d spoken to her & she was aware of my general issues but I didn’t want to worry her anymore.

5 stars to the Illawarra community Mental Health Service!! This service saved my son's life and I can't thank them enough. They helped my son in his battle with anorexia and an eating disorder, providing him with the tools and guidance he needed to overcome his illness. I am forever grateful for their dedication to help their patients !!
