Operate in secrecy and not told who or why people are at my door, accessed my medical records without consent in a non emergency assessment. Told them to leave as I didn't know who they were, decided to schedule me and use my family as pawns. A 3am police visit, serious? Just give up guys. If you're turning to them for help, you might as well just jump. Read the other reviews.. They are legit special.
The front staff are nice and so was my therapist, only problem was when I first got there for the first time with my mum there was an email sent to them specifically saying not to mention a thing about an ED that I wasn’t even sure I had yet which made me cry because my mother was confused because she didn’t know. My therapist was nice but after a while I felt as if she didn’t care anymore, she seemed uninterested because I kept talking about the same thing when that’s literally why I was there.
