It would be my pleasure to recommend Sam to any prospective person after maintenance services. Sam turned up when he said he would, provided a quote when he said he would and completed the job when he said he would. Unlike some others who never returned calls or who said that they would provide a quote but never did. Sam did a professional job and is highly recommended

Sam, showed up when he said he would, cleaned my gutters and fixed a problem where the front guttering gully on my roof would overflow during a heavy downpour and water would get in the front hallway. After a heavy downpour last night, I checked the house and his work, no water in the hallway or around the front door, gutters flowing freely. I am pleased with his work

What a top bloke Sam of ICM is. He’s just completed a complete roof restoration for us which included cleaning and repairing or replacing damaged tiles and then painting. A very precise, professional job which has transformed our little house. We can no put solar up and start saving some money. Than you Sam and l can’t recommend him enough.
