The 2 main front desk "ladies" in the Wollongong office need some customer service training. What was particularly concerning was the way they interacted with multiple patients — using a condescending tone, displaying clear impatience, and treating individuals as if they were an inconvenience rather than valued members of your practice. How rude was the young female with dark hair. Your no lady! .. disgusting... i hope you read this... twice I've been there and twice no appointment registered.. and you think you can sit there and judge and laugh at at people that help pay your wage.. karma for you
1st time visiting today. Reception staff were excellent. Person who undertook my ultrasound was thorough and the whole experience was not stressful at all.
Friendly staff Doctors were very knowledgeable
