We recently used Illawarra Certifiers to certify a building works on our house. They were great in making sure everything was completed to the highest standard. A special shoutout to Lauren, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. She was incredibly hardworking, helpful, and patient, guiding me through each step with great care and attention. Lauren’s dedication to making sure every detail was completed and finalised within a short timeframe was truly commendable. Thank you so much!

It felt like we were put at the bottom of a list after we paid for the service. They were vague, didn't answer simple questions via email, and were very hard to get in contact with. On top of that, we were screwed around by the principal certifier, who accepted a second job from us (before completing the first one), regarding an urgent issue with the council. Very professional to deal with, always willing and happy to guide through the different stages of the project to ensure correct standards are applied and implemented. High communication flow, accurate, prompt and just plain awesome to deal with. These guys go above and beyond in their service, highly recommended.
