We’ve been using Yallah Vet for around 10 years. In the early days, the service was very good, and we felt well looked after. More recently, however, things have declined, particularly as we've needed more regular support for our older dog who is on daily medication. Communication has become a real challenge. My cat was returned to me with a graze from clippers but I received no acknowledgement or mention of this. Communication could have been better. After my experience, I didn't feel reassured or that the wellbeing of my cat was particularly important to them. So, I have since gone to a new vet who explains everything thoroughly and was kind to both myself and my cat, showing genuine interest in treating them. I had booked an appointment last week and arrived at 9:10am for a 9:20 slot. I was informed they were a little behind and there would be a 15-minute wait, which I was happy to accept. However, by 9:50am, we were still waiting outside in the sun with a baby.
