We can’t thank the team at Illawarra animal hospital enough for the amazing care they gave our boy, Jack, when he was hospitalised with a urinary blockage. From the thorough care and clear communication to the morning and evening phone updates, photos, and allowing us to visit him during his stay, they made an incredibly stressful time so much easier. Our dog Kash was admitted last week after eating something toxic . The level of care , service and communication was outstanding. special thanks to DR Ryan and especially Jarni who cared for Kash and kept me in the loop and was so caring and professional.
Would give zero stars if I was able.
I was treated well, my furbaby was treated well. They were on time. Calm atmosphere. I am happy to use them as my vet from now on.
