Some of the best customer service I have ever come across! I bought some BMW highway pegs and somewhere along the way managed to lose a set screw. I called the shop and got Beverly, who turned out to be incredibly helpful and receptive. Even though I offered to pay for the part and shipping, she declined and mailed me out the part within the week.
