Atrocious company. Well, you officially ruined my bride's wedding by allowing her to be lied to and sold a used significantly over-sized sample gown with all tags removed (including sewn in size label), instead of the new gown she specifically ordered. Tried to contact your NY headquarters for assistance and was met with scorn and ignorance. Wedding is 3 weeks away. Unbelievable.
