great pc repair shop helped me out – since they went easy on me, i had to post some comments. first, they were professional and easy to talk to and seemed like they understood. second, they outlined my options upfront instead of wasting my money first and not telling me later. third, their unique solution worked. the last time i had a virus several hrs cleaning and still broken. tried these guys, they did a reimaging process which basically reinstalled everything, but this time they set my laptop with good security/antivirus... read more

iLink Technology's technicians are very professional, adept, and proficient. I've scheduled service calls a few times now, most recently to add new computer users. Originally however, we had systems timing out while on the internet. iLink diagnosed the troubles down to a faulting out switch we had in our network which solved the problems.
