The level of incompetence is staggering.
My mother has some ongoing health problems. Dr. P claims to be a geriatric physician. I would’ve thought that would come with the ability to talk with a nurse. After 2 message, and 5 days we’ve still not received a call back despite her problems worsening. I can’t even get Dr. P’s nurse to call me back!! This is no way to run a medical practice.
I can't even get anyone to make an appointment for me I have called and left messages for someone to call me back and they said that the nurse has to make the appointment. This is ridiculous because the person who answers the phone can't make a appointment and if I had an emergency, would it take me almost 2 weeks to get my appointment??? I only choose this office because of my insurance and they are close to home. I noticed others have the same problem as me . I will look elsewhere because this is ridiculous.
