Update for office. Thi gs are much better now but I still think the person who answers the phones could mske appointments. This is ridiculous because the person who answers the phone can't make a appointment and if I had an emergency, would it take me almost 2 weeks to get my appointment??? I only choose this office because of my insurance and they are close to home. I noticed others have the same problem me . I will look elsewhere because this is ridiculous.
She is the best.
The level of incompetence is staggering.
My mother has some ongoing health problems. Dr. P claims to be a geriatric physician. I would’ve thought that would come with the ability to talk with a nurse. After 2 message, and 5 days we’ve still not received a call back despite her problems worsening. I can’t even get Dr. P’s nurse to call me back!! This is no way to run a medical practice.
