Constantly messing up my daughter's paychecks. And told me that she wouldn't receive a paycheck stub from them because there was a mixup with the pay period. Like... WHAT!?? We need to paycheck stubs to get Foodshare. Without them, we can't get help with food. So iLife wants us to starve to death? Horrible, horrible business. They should be sanctioned. Seriously thinking about filing a grievance. UPDATE: They underpaid my daughter by 130.00 this week!! WTH!??!? EDIT: can you please answer your emails?!?!?;?
Sharita was so amazing on the phone with me she took the time to help me when others just rush me off the phone and it was a pleasure to have someone so nice and understanding and well just considerate which doesn't happen to often
Today was the day… Customer representative Ms. Sharita, walked with me step by step, with her Patience, Great listening, and her knowledge in her field, helped her, in trying to understand my questions. Ms. Sharita you are the example of what Excellent Customer Service should look and sound like. All my questions were answered and they all had a solution. Thank you for your time and Assistance.
Why can't employees get there w2's off your portal and we have to wait til you send them in the mail. I'm trying to get a tax loan but can't cause I'm waiting on my w2 still smh
This company doesn’t know what they are doing! They OWE me for two pay period which I NEVER received..They give me such a hard time with my paperwork..These people at iLife CONFUSES me with constant mixed messages and NOT only that how they going to tell me my bank account is CLOSED when I got confirmation from my bank it’s OPEN‼️ This company is NOT right and the people LACKS organization and professionalism..This place does NOT deserve to have any STARS at ALL‼️‼️
