My father in law has been a participant with ilife for years. A few months ago his case was screwed up and iris disenrolled him after 5 days. It's taken 2 months to get him back enrolled which is the longest process I've ever seen. They're making him do everything over from applying to nurse visits. I've worked with Iris/ilife since 2012 and never experienced all of these issues before. This organization has truly gone downhill and has become a nightmare for seniors.
