This company doesn’t know what they are doing! They OWE me for two pay period which I NEVER received..They give me such a hard time with my paperwork..These people at iLife CONFUSES me with constant mixed messages and NOT only that how they going to tell me my bank account is CLOSED when I got confirmation from my bank it’s OPEN‼️ This company is NOT right and the people LACKS organization and professionalism..This place does NOT deserve to have any STARS at ALL‼️‼️
Haven’t been paid in almost three weeks. Submitted a request for a supervisor to contact me and was told the turn around time was 48 hours and it’s been a week. I am filing a complaint with the ADRC!
This fiscal agency is ALWAYS screwing up payroll! I'll be looking into another agency to switch over too. This place is like buyers BEWARE! Just know you're not guaranteed to get paid, paid on time or when you ask them for the correct form to change banks just know they'll give you the incorrect form instead. What's even crazy I verified by calling back again to make sure it was the correct form before I submitted it and the ilife rep told me yes. My gut kept saying somethings not right.
