It's so hard caring for a disabled family member and working with ilife makes it so much more stressful. You make one small mistake on a time sheet (put the service code at the top of the time sheet where total hours are listed, but not on the day) and you just don't get paid. No one reaches out to say you missed 1 box even though that box is a duplication, they just won't pay you.

Our major issues began when the DHS mandated we sign in and out on the timesheets. We have 2 adult children in our home and also outside caregivers who charge under Companion Care. This way we avoid the EVV fiasco. After the change, all of our providers were lacking pay. I had a stack of incorrectly paid or missed checks to sift thru. The liaison, after months of me complaining to no avail, finally helped me recoup $1000s for the employees. I thought it was over, but no! Ilife always don’t notify you about your paycheck when you have bills to pay they don’t call you to let you know that you messed up on your timesheets or anything and I feel like that it’s not fair then you have to wait and tell somebody answer the phone they don’t answer the phones and they said they will call you back in 24 hours and they do not do that either and they said that you will be on hold for two hours and when you stay on the phone for two hours, nobody never come to talk to you always hang the phone up on you a... read more

If you need your paystubs for anything important you can expect to wait 1-2 weeks AFTER the pay date to receive them. After two weeks a new one is generated and the wait begins again so you NEVER have most recent pay stubs. If you call customer service they will tell you that whatever you are applying for, you should have done it sooner as if they know how your everyday life works. They will not issue one until 7 days after the pay date if you did not receive it in the mail (which is sent out the day you're paid). No room fo... read more

Do not use this company! How am I to pay may bills when you do not pay us on time or the right amount. You do not cover late fees or anything how about you don't get paid on time. Horrible I can't wait to switch.
