If I could rate this agency below a zero, I would. Unprofessional, untimely, and ambiguous. One minor mistake (to which sometimes, they won’t notify you until way too late) on any type of document and your pay is absent until the following pay cycle. The timeframes and long waiting periods are ridiculous and unreasonable. Instead of direct updates, they are very ambiguous about corrections and providing solutions.
