I've been paid by iLIFE because they are an IRIS Fiscal Agent for 12 long years. Finally pulled the plug and am now with Acumen. Couldn't be more satisfied. Ask your IRIS rep about it.
The payroll department must be run by first graders attempting to learn their math skills! I would be more surprised if I actually received pay for the correct hours worked. I’ve called to question why I didn’t receive the correct pay for the hours worked. No one has any answers, they say they will call you back and they NEVER do. If there was a zero rating that’s what I would give them.

IF WE COULD GIVE NO STARS WE WOULD. We have been working with IRIS for years. Ever since the change in August 2024, NOTHING BUT TROUBLE!!! NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! RUN AWAY! DON'T BOTHER TRYING! This company provides (what they call service) horrible service. The phone reps talk over you, bully you thru a call , lie to you and have NO Professional conduct. I lost 2 care workers because they was not getting paid now the same thing is happening to my 3rd care worker they cut your hours every other week saying the computer kicks out the extra hours when you go over the allow budget which I can't understand to save my life how can I go over the budget when they have set hours for them to work every week and no matter how many times you call them to fix the problem they never get it right and then they tell you that you will be paid for the missing hours next Friday and then Friday... read more
