If I could give a one star review, I would. I was dropping off a delivery order for a customer, I’m assuming to be shipped out, on 1/23/26 and the staff was extremely rude and hostile. They insisted I “sign for the order” when in no way am I supposed to do so or contractually obligated to oblige to their commands. The elder man FOLLOWED ME OUT TO MY CAR AND CAME TO MY DRIVERS SIDE DOOR and said that I was “lying” and wouldn’t leave me alone. I wound up just backing up my car and leaving. Our pilot arrived on time and was very friendly and informative while helping us to load our luggage from the hunting lodge. The flight was very comfortable and the landing was smooth. They have a warm office area with chairs and a restroom while you wait for a taxi or however you are getting to your next location. Friendly staff all around.
