Was really happy we called Ulises for an issue we had with rodents in our crawl space. He was super knowledgable, great communicator, and even though he ended up recommending a fix that he doesn't provide, told us exactly what to do and who to contact to get it done. Wouldn't hesitate to make him our first call next time.
We're very happy with Iliad Pest Management. Ulises takes care of our quarterly maintenance, and we're very happy about the lack of spiders in our home. 😊 Ulises is organized and professional, and his work is very effective. Highly recommended!
Our tenants had Sugar ants. Wow is all i can say about my experience. This was wonderful service. He answered me right away. Set up an appointment immediately and came back in two weeks for the 2nd spray. Cost was exactly what I thought it should be. And I was able to pay him through a payment system online. It's been awhile now, no tenants are saying there's any ants.
Ulises is great! Would absolutely use him again. We paid a different well-known pest company to come to our house twice to get rid of ants. They were unsuccessful but kept pushing us to purchase quarterly treatments. Instead, I tried Iliad and after the first treatment our ant problems were nearly gone. Ulises visited again and wouldn't accept payment until the ants were gone. I was happy to pay and he was worth every penny. He's also a genuinely nice person. I can't say enough good things about this company and Ulises.
Had them out at our house to get rid of ants in the last year. First time, the ants were back in a few months. No warranty. 2nd time, paid to have them out again. Few months later, the ants are back. No warranty again. Spent $500 with them and it was a big waste especially since the lack of warranty. I don't know if this is common with others but we will not be using this service again.
