I have been waiting for almost an hour for my daughter's appointment. People having appointments after us were being visited promptly. I am not sure how the system works here, what's the point of having an appointment time and not being visited then? So frustrating.
The nurse at Ilford medical centre is not only professional in her work , she is very kind and friendly towards patients. I visited her couple of times she always very gentle and helpful ☺️.
