Picked my car up from ilex on Thursday. Couldn’t have asked for better service whilst dealing with Ryan
Purchased a car around a year and a half ago from ilex was promised a new timing belt & water pump would be installed before I collected the car only to find a year and a half later that it was still the original kit that had come from factory 11 years ago not to mention the lack of interest in doing any warranty work after they had my money in their pocket
Collected my focus ST just over a month ago now and it shows when a dealer takes pride in their motors, the crew at ILEX handed the car over in mint condition with no corners cut, a full service and a years MOT + warranty. Personally my first time purchasing from a dealer and I couldn’t be happier, put some amount of miles down already and the car hasn’t blipped atoll, here’s to many more miles to come! Many Thanks to Ryan & the squad for getting me sorted!
Car is running well and it’s a good looking car but had some faults after few days of driving it and also had just found out a flaw on a car that I was not aware of when buying this car was there was a hole on my trunk that was sealed with duct tape I never paid much attention to it until it came off realising there a hole on it which annoyed me a little and the car has a bunch of cheap parts placed on it that breaker down really easy and had to see my mechanic for it quite a few times.
