Received excellent care here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Wong is very thorough and was able to fit me in for a procedure as well while i was there. Im confident we will get to the bottom of my current issue.
Staff in office are very friendly. It takes over an hour to be seen. Frustrating.
I have a urology problem that I hope that Dr Wong can solve.My concern is not with the doctor but with the way the office handles phone calls.A patient should not have to call another Dr to get a laboratory test and treatment. I know phone call management can be difficult with busy practices and a lot of doctors o n staff.
Friendly staff, everyone seems to work cohesively. Nurses and Doctor Wong are top notch…and they don’t make you feel rushed. A pleasant experience.
