I don’t know what the problem is with the receptionists in this office but literally no one answers my calls. I called multiple times regarding prescription not being refilled and it always goes to voicemail even when I call during their office hours. I can show proof of my missed phone calls. I now have to go in person to simply ask for medication. Why even have an office phone number if no one is going to operate the telephone? Medication is also never refilled. Do they answer calls at this office? I have called three separate times and no answer.
I really appreciate the office. When, l leave a message they will call me back or email ( faster response). Ms. Asya (PT) has been very good and working really closely on my thyroid dosage which, changes all the time. It is not easy. She is skilled and knowledgeable practitioner. She even referred me to the ENT to make sure that my thyroid is under control due to small nodule, as a preventive measure. I really appreciate her so much, and everything she is doing for me. Also, Alberto has been very helpful. Thank you
Be Careful from this office you’ll never get someone to answer the phone or your text or voice message and they can careless if your a diabetic, you literally have to go in person to the office to talk to someone to get a refill request or make an appointment , and when I had an appointment they called me 2 days before to reschedule the time and when I went to my appointment they refused to see me and I did my lab work and told them that they called me to change the time of appointment they played dumb and refuse to see me a... read more
