Can y'all answer your phone! The inconvenience is outrageous. I've been trying to get a hold of this company for months and unfortunately how to request another referral to a different endocrinologist.
I am extremely disappointed with the way this clinic treats patients. I tried to schedule an appointment with a doctor, but I was refused service simply because I do not speak English fluently. I explained that I understand English well, and that I could use a translator on my phone to respond — this is the most comfortable and convenient way for me to communicate.
