I am extremely disappointed with the way this clinic treats patients. I tried to schedule an appointment with a doctor, but I was refused service simply because I do not speak English fluently. I explained that I understand English well, and that I could use a translator on my phone to respond — this is the most comfortable and convenient way for me to communicate. I don’t know what the problem is with the receptionists in this office but literally no one answers my calls. I called multiple times regarding prescription not being refilled and it always goes to voicemail even when I call during their office hours. I can show proof of my missed phone calls. I now have to go in person to simply ask for medication. Why even have an office phone number if no one is going to operate the telephone? Medication is also never refilled. I really appreciate the office. When, l leave a message they will call me back or email ( faster response). Ms. Asya (PT) has been very good and working really closely on my thyroid dosage which, changes all the time. It is not easy. She is skilled and knowledgeable practitioner. She even referred me to the ENT to make sure that my thyroid is under control due to small nodule, as a preventive measure. I really appreciate her so much, and everything she is doing for me. Also, Alberto has been very helpful. Thank you
