Oh, what a wonderful clinic this is. An incredible caring and compassionate team. Fantastic communication and thoughtful little touches that a demonstrate genuine desire for meaningful connection with both pets and owners. For example, the vet-tech took the time to let me know that she had learned that it was much easier to take a blood sample from my little schnauzer if he was being hugged. I truly can't say enough about the kindness and compassion that the staff here have! They went above and beyond in every single way. I had my cat here for an emergency 2 days in a row trying to figure out what was going on and a course of action. The vets and vet techs were amazing with her, took their time to walk me through what was going on each step of the way, had so much compassion and patience for my kids that were also with me.
