I have to let everyone know that this is the best place for your pets. I was going to a vet in London. However, when my daughter brought her dog in to be put down I was shocked at how the Vet and staff treated the dog and us. I told my daughter I would be moving vets. I have recently brought my dog into the clinic as he was bitten very hard by another dog. The treatment he received was absolutely excellent. Everyone involved was great. Oh, what a wonderful clinic this is. An incredible caring and compassionate team. Fantastic communication and thoughtful little touches that a demonstrate genuine desire for meaningful connection with both pets and owners. For example, the vet-tech took the time to let me know that she had learned that it was much easier to take a blood sample from my little schnauzer if he was being hugged. I truly can't say enough about the kindness and compassion that the staff here have! They went above and beyond in every single way. I had my cat here for an emergency 2 days in a row trying to figure out what was going on and a course of action. The vets and vet techs were amazing with her, took their time to walk me through what was going on each step of the way, had so much compassion and patience for my kids that were also with me. Caring staff that puts your pets and you first. They are so compassionate, understanding and flexible to the needs of their patients and clients.
