Update: Kelsey from the office called me and apologized for the unprofessional attitude of the front desk staff. And they refunded the $433. She seemed to care about customer communication and satisfaction, unlike the other 2 front desk ladies present during my appointment. Thank you Kelsey. Complete scammers!
