Have never had a cavity before but the first time coming here I was told I had three by Jess Ballantyne. The receptionists said I better get them done RIGHT away or they could get really bad. I wish I got a second opinion as the dentist grinded a large portion of 3 teeth away and did sloppy fillings. Her and her helper were talking about getting drunk and going to bars while working on my teeth. The owner had to fix the fillings after a gum specialist noticed the bad work and wrote them. Dr Jess Ballantyne and her team helped me overcome my fear of dentists! She was so kind and explained everything that was happening to me, making sure I felt safe the entire time. She was able to help me book another follow up appointment quickly and was gentle throughout both experiences! I would recommend her as a dentist to EVERYONE !
I am so happy I found this dental clinic last year. My hygienist Taylor and dentist Dr. Jess make coming to the dentist as easy as it can be and my husband agrees! Highly recommended for any dental needs.
Our whole family sees Dr. Iryna, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we receive. She is especially amazing with kids of all ages — patient, gentle, and able to make even the most nervous little ones feel comfortable. Dr. Iryna takes a personal approach with every patient, always taking the time to listen and truly help. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make her an exceptional dentist.
