We have dealt with this company for several years now. It started with installing a person lift into one of our vans. They were rude and would not answer any questions, and that is when we COULD get ahold of them in the service department. Later, we tried to find out about moving the lift into another van, but same run around. Could not get in touch with someone, and then when we did, the gentleman was incredibly rude. We want to thank Ilderton Conversion and all of their employees involved in the conversion of our Ford transit. Chris took our calls and returned the calls with greater information than asked for. The time line for the conversion was seem less. The lift has been trouble free and we look forward to many years of service. Yes we recommend Ilderton Conversion of Asheville. Quick and excellent service. Staff are courteous and friendly. Always will tell you of any problems with your vehicle and get your permission before doing the work when needed. 5 stars for a wonderful company.
